Before you write

A useful message says who the dog would live with (family, children, other animals), what the dog would do (family companion, sport, show, work), and when you would be ready to take a puppy. With those three things the kennel can tell you whether a planned litter fits, and what the wait looks like.

The waiting list

The kennel keeps a written waiting list, in the order messages arrived. When a litter is confirmed, the families on the list are contacted before any announcement is made elsewhere. Joining the list commits nobody: it holds a place until the litter exists.

Visits

Families on the list are welcome to visit once the puppies are on their feet, usually from the fifth week. The visit is the moment to meet the mother, see where the litter grew up, and ask everything that a message cannot carry.

What the kennel does not do

The kennel does not sell a puppy to a home it has not spoken with, does not ship a puppy to a buyer it has never met, and does not keep a puppy past its departure date for convenience. A dog bred here can always come back, that part of the contract has no expiry.
